Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on interiorexplained.com are digital goods (PDF files) delivered instantly via a secure download link. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download link is provided to you.

2. When We May Issue a Refund

While we generally do not offer refunds for digital products, we may consider a refund in the following situations:

• Files were not downloaded. If our system confirms that the purchased files were never downloaded, we may issue a full refund upon request.
• Technical issues. If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the files (e.g., corrupted download, broken link) and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.

3. What Happens After a Refund

• Your download link will be deactivated immediately and you will no longer have access to the purchased files.
• Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You have already downloaded the files.
• You simply changed your mind after purchase.
• The product was not what you expected (product descriptions and previews are available before purchase).
• You request a refund on the same day as the purchase without having reviewed the product.

5. Fraud Prevention

We track all download activity (timestamps, IP addresses) for the purpose of preventing abuse and providing evidence in the event of payment disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent refund requests or abuse of the refund process may result in being blocked from future purchases.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Your order/transaction number
• The email address used for the purchase
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
